Convenient location right by downtown and the airport 🌆✈️.

The hotel itself was nice, had underground parking and offered shuttle services until 11pm. Which was definitely a plus.

There wasn't much I didn't like. The only thing was I met a few locals and they said that wasn't a great neighborhood, but I personally had no problems.

The rooms were clean and it was great to know that if needed, there is a fridge in each room. They should advertise this on Booked.net.

The shower was difficult to turn on. They should install knobs that do not take two people to open.

I really liked the room and breakfast, and the central location near the airport was convenient.

Location to be honest although not far from attractions I wouldn't walk down the road at night. We did it during the day and saw evidence of homelessness.

The room was a good size and updated. The staff was attentive and helpful. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Long Beach, with a shuttle to take you to and from the hotel. It's only a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

Very tired hotel in a dodgy part of town. Hotel site describes location as downtown - it is nowhere near downtown! Pool was tiny - I like to swim before work, but the pool did not open until 10am... Also not mentioned on the site!

Aside from my experience at checkin, i liked the hotel. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle is very convenient and the hotel location is good.

I had a bad experience upon arrival. I'm reserve a 2 bed room a couple months before my stay. Of course, this was at a higher rate than a single bed room. At checkin, I was told that the hotel one had one room available and it was a single bed room. The manager was a little rude. I asked if my rate would Would reflect the lower room, but he refused to change the rate and suggested that I was free to look for a room elsewhere. Since it was late, I stayed there anyway.

We thoroughly enjoyed the marvelous and unbeatable location of Holiday Inn Long Beach-Downtown Area. The staff are nice and we didn't miss their shuttle to-and-from the pier. We would definitely come back for another great stay in the future.

The shuttle, taking was good, but forget about them picking you up again, even though you did as they said and rang them, which was hard as we came from overseas, and had to ask people to ring for us.

Comfortable and super clean room for a one-night stay. Great location close to all the cool tourist spots in the area. 🌟

The refrigerator had leftover items from a previous guest. Let the staff know but didn't seem to be an issue to them. Didn't use any of the facilities as it was a quick stay
